General Minimum Entry Requirements For Admission Into The Various YABATECH Courses and Programmes

Below is the minimum entry requirements for National Diploma (ND)

• Candidates must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WASSCE/NECO and its equivalents.
• Candidates who did not choose Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos may also apply for admission into the National Diploma Programmes. Such candidates are required to effect a change of choice of Institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) by making YABATECH their first choice institution.
• In addition, candidates for ND would be accepted for admission following satisfactory performance in the UTME (JAMB) examinations and meeting departmental requirements with the relevant subject combinations.
