To apply for the School of Nursing Calabar form 2024, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Should possess 2024 JAMB results with a minimum of cut off mark of 150 and above reflecting the College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar, or any other recognized institution.
- Applicants must possess five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry obtained in either WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings.
- Credentials to include Two (2) passport sized photographs, Birth Certificate/Age Declaration, First School Leaving Certificate, LGA of Origin.

- Payment for the Form: Interested candidates are to pay the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Naira (₦25,000) only into the CRS School of Nursing Account domiciled in First Bank. The school Account Number is 2031807641.
- Present Evidence of Payment: After payment, candidates are to present their payment proof to the College Bursary and pay an extra ₦10,000 in cash for handling charges.
- Obtain the Application Form: Receipts from Bursary presented at Registry Department for Form(s). Candidates are to take the receipts from the Bursary and proceed to the Registry Department to obtain the admission forms.
